FOR LEADERS WHOSE WORK IS CONFIDENTIAL

You know your business.
We focus on what AI changes in it.

Your board, your clients, and your team expect you to have a view on AI. Most of what you read is hype or generic advice. AI Partner Lab works with you on your own decisions, documents, and questions. You get a clear view of where AI helps, where it misleads, and how to use it without putting confidential information at risk.

Built for leaders of law firms, consulting firms, universities, and other organizations where trust is the business.

PRACTICAL BY DESIGN

Start with something
on your desk.

The best place to start is a real question. A few examples:

A QUESTION TO BRING

"What am I missing in this recommendation?"

Pressure-test the thinking.

Use AI to challenge assumptions, surface counterarguments, and compare options in a strategy memo. Tell a useful challenge from an unsupported claim.

You leave with a repeatable way to pressure-test a decision.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Three ways to work
with Selen.

Every engagement is one-on-one. You work directly with Selen, never a junior associate. You'll have the scope, schedule, and fee in writing before we begin.

Not sure where to start? Book a complimentary 30-minute introductory conversation. We'll discuss your situation and recommend the right next step.

Private AI Briefing

$1,500

One focused conversation on the AI question in front of you.

  • One 60-minute private session on a single question, decision, or development.
  • A one-page written brief afterward, with what matters and what to do next.
  • Credited in full toward The Private Program if you continue within 30 days.

The Private Program

$7,500

Five one-on-one sessions over eight weeks, built around two or three priorities from your own work.

  • Start with your situation. Your role, your tools, and what is appropriate to share.
  • Work on real tasks. A memo, a board update, a decision you are facing.
  • Keep what works. A personal playbook with your methods, your prompts, and how to check the output.
  • Support between sessions. Questions answered within one business day.

The Executive AI Partnership

$30,000

Six months of close, private advisory for you and your office. Limited to four clients at a time.

  • The full Private Program, at the start.
  • Ongoing access. Same-day answers on business days, and a monthly working session.
  • Your office included. Two sessions with your chief of staff or executive assistant to set up how your office uses AI.
  • A private briefing for your leadership team.
  • In-person meetings in the Washington, DC area.

Program clients can continue with Your AI Advisor: ongoing private access, a monthly session, and a short quarterly briefing on what changed and what it means for you.

An engineer's understanding of how AI works.
An executive's sense of where it matters.

Selen advises senior leaders on using AI well when their work is confidential. She started as an engineer, built a career leading technology partnerships, and now designs and builds AI-enabled systems herself. That combination lets her explain how AI actually works and what it means for your decisions, without hype and without jargon.

She was previously Director of Partnerships & Alliances at Thomson Reuters Government.

She is also a Partner at Pono Pono'i Consulting, a justice-technology firm.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Do I need a technical background?

No. We start with how you work today. Questions at every level are welcome, and they stay private.

Is this training, coaching, or advisory?

Advisory. You get direct advice on applying AI to your responsibilities, with hands-on practice on your own work. It is always one-on-one, never a class.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The introductory conversation is 30 minutes and complimentary. We discuss your situation and what you want AI to help with, and Selen recommends the right next step. It is a conversation about fit, not an advisory session.

How much time does it take?

Program sessions are 60 minutes, five over eight weeks. A Briefing is a single 60-minute session. We set the cadence around your calendar. You get the most value when you apply what we cover between sessions.

How does payment work?

You can book and pay for a Briefing directly. For the Program and the Partnership, we start with a conversation, then send a written proposal and agreement. Many clients' organizations pay, and we can invoice your company.

Can we use confidential material?

We agree on data boundaries before you share anything. Depending on your organization's policies and tools, we work with approved, redacted, or fictional examples. A private session does not make every AI tool safe for sensitive information. Knowing the difference is part of the advice.

Do you recommend specific AI vendors?

Selen's advice does not depend on any AI vendor. AI Partner Lab receives no referral fees or commissions from AI providers.

Can my assistant arrange this?

Yes. Your assistant can email selen@aipartnerlab.com to schedule a conversation.

What if my team needs implementation support?

We can discuss a separate, clearly scoped engagement. Software development, integrations, and ongoing technical support are not part of the advisory work.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

What AI question
is on your desk?

Bring a decision ahead of you, a recurring challenge, or something you read and want explained. Start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation.

Or have your assistant reach out at the same address.
